When we are in a place of 'stuck' or as some people may call it a crossroad, or even a 'turning point',  which was where I found myself
a few years ago.  A very low and dark time in my life when I reached that 'LIFE'S TURNING POINT' hence the name of my business today.
It is a moment when you just don't know which way turn or go. Questioning everything and everyone in your life. That moment when you
realize that your family, friends or relationship is not what you dreamed, hoped or believed it should be.

The moment when you decide that... I deserve so much more than this.

As a result of being in this place for a long period of time, we tend to disconnect from our sense of purpose and direction, and then
we lose clarity of our life. 

We can fall into behaviours such as procrastinating and self-sabotaging of oneself which then leads us to having created our own
low self-esteem, having a lack of self-worth and not knowing how to move forward or even to love oneself.

Our beliefs and values are then forgotten and our confidence can become suppressed.

Being surrounded by positive likeminded people who have been where you are right NOW, you are not alone...you just need to reach
out, do that scary thing and ask for help. We are here to support and encourage you to become the BEST VERSION OF YOU.
